manufacturing in the middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky
region, Portland’s synergies are outstanding for distribution
locations. Portland’s commitment to economic and community
development is allowing this location to be prime for development.
CWC
Logistics consolidated client facilities from two different
geographical areas into this dynamic 303,000 square foot distribution
operation in Portland, TN. Numerous value added services have been added to
the total logistics package and include; kitting, light
assembly, line set, new product implementation, QC testing measures,
fire wall testing, inventory management programs and a
variety of reverse logistics projects.

Daily,
weekly and monthly coordination, reporting and auditing functions are completed
with current clients focusing on external and internal KPI’s
and standard operational processes. 100 % is a goal, and in some
instances mandatory, to meet our clients customer service standards.
We have consistently met and exceeded our partner’s standards
and expectations.
