Specialty packaging services are key components of CWC’s supply chain partnerships. Each of our locations provide a variety of value added services and three locations have 30 – 40 % of our team engaged with value added projects on a daily basis. In total, 165 CWC team members are packaging, testing, kitting, assembling, sleeving, banding, sealing, and then reporting activities on a daily basis. Key performance measures are reviewed and adjustments to the processes are made when it is determined that more value can be added to the supply chain. Client partners have:

CWC provides extensive internal experience and incorporates outside expertise through a strategic alliance with a major engineering firm that specialize in warehouse related activities and material handling requirements. Our team, in conjunction with their engineering and packaging experts, develops a solution that is based on the requirements and resources best suited for the project and establishes an implementation plan the meets the goals and expectations of all parties.

Resources from either or both parties are incorporated, once again based on the goals and expectation of both parties. CWC Logistics is a “hands on” provider with tangible and intellectual resources available to support the specialty packaging requirements that enhance the total supply chain.
